Is it possible to sync all your contacts with an ipod touch?

Just got my lovely new ipod touch going, and after alot of faffing, got my Yahoo account open on it. But my contacts don't seem to have transferred - is there something simple I could do?

If you've got iOS4 on the Touch then you should, apparently, be able to sync you contacts through the Mail Application. There's information here:

If that's no good there's also a Yahoo Mail application that might help you out, I'm not sure if it will actually put your Yahoo contacts into your iPhone contacts but it does make them available for the sending of emails.
