Camera phone recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a mobile phone with a really good camera? Am slightly technophobe so want something easy to use, doesn't need bells and whistles, but with a really good camera. Budget is tight but would happily buy 2nd hand. Appreciate any advice, thanks!

The later model SonyEricsson Cybershot series had pretty good built in cameras, user friendly phones too. The C905 was an 8MP camera I believe.

S8300 Tocco ultra edition has an 8 mp camera, easy to use phone and excellent camera. I really chose it for the camera because I take so many pics!
