We're off on holiday soon and am dreading the flight etc. Both DH and I have iphones and just wondered if anyone could recommend some good apps to keep 3 and 5yr old DS's quiet during the flight! We've got angry birds and a couple of other toddler games, but any other suggestions would be fab - esp if they are free or cheap to download! TIA

My DS (4) loves AniMatch and a colouring APP. Have you thought of downloading some audio books too? We tried them for the first time when driving in France last year and DS loved them - now we have them on all the time and they can be a life-saver. As well as downloading, we bought some audio CDs on Ebay and ripped to iTunes. HTH. Have a good holiday. Smile

Hi Incognito. Do you have iTunes? If so, all you need to do is put the CD into the drive, open up iTunes and then you'll be asked if you want to copy the CD to your iTunes library, ready to sync to your phones. You can also download lots of audio books from the iTunes store. HTH

Tozzle which is a puzzle game. You can get a free Lite version. Sesame street have some apps, not tried them though. Oh and Talking Carl will have them amused for ages!

My ds likes monkey pre school lunchbox though it's quite basic and he's only 2 so probably a bit easy for what you're after. On the iPad he loves a drawing app can't remember what it's called and havent got ipad here but it's a popular one called something like drawing pad
He also likes talking Carl and angry birds and tries to play cut the rope with little success! What about doodlejump?

this is truly brilliant

5yo would prob like doodle jump, but Pocket God is still fav of my 7yo, I think I've had iphone for a couple of years. 3yo would maybe like balloonimals, my 4yo and 2yo dts both fascinated by that. My 4yo likes BabySitter too. I find my 7yo was always interested in my games, I think Harbor Master and flight control fantastic for everybody!

Peppa Pig and Doodle Buddy keep my DD3 (2y) very happy on pretty much any journey.
