Start bar has moved from bottom of page

Done by ds but he doesn't know what he did or how to put it right. I have the top of the page at the bottom of the screen. Above that is a black gap and then the start bar. I have also lost the ability to scroll the page up and down or from left to right.

What do I do to fix it?

Your monitor should have some controls on it - they might be physical knobs you can twiddle, or buttons which bring up a menu. There should be one which has an up/down arrow or symbol on it if they are knobs. Or click on a central button or one marked Menu and work through the options. HTH!

Thx. Sorted. Ds denied touching any of the monitor controls but on further quizzing he confessed and have managed to get it back to normal!
