Facebook problems,please help.

Myself and DD can no longer get onto our accounts. I forgot her password and FB said it would send her an email to reset,its been 3wks and still no email.We have tried various times to get in, gone through different ways of identifying account and all we have received is a standard email saying thanks for reporting your problem,we will send you a reset password email aaaarrrgggh, it never arrives and we do it all over again.
Today I logged out of FB and it will not let me in as i am using wrong password, i dont think i am but when i hit
' Forgot Password' link it goes to a white page with try later written on it and nothing else.
What do i do? I am still getting email updates as is my DD but we just can't get in

Is the email that the recovered password FB is sending to correct? If they have an older email address (maybe you got a new one recently) the password recovery emails will be going to that. As for the white screen with try later, that might be a site issue that will pass, try again in an hour or so.

Try checking your spam or junk mail folder. The reset email maybe going there. You'll need to request another email and this will come in a matter of seconds if you have to wait more than a couple of minutes it's gone to somewhere other than your inbox.

Thanks, but all the status updates are coming through as normal and previous password resets have come through as usual, it is just recently it will not appear.
