Does anyone know anything about 'ClickPotato'?

DP seems to have downloaded something called ClickPotato after seeing it at a friends house. It supposedly allows you to watch films and TV programmes.

It sounds:
a) very illegal, and
b) fraught with virus potential
to me. Can anyone shed any light on this and if necessary tell me how to get rid of it?

Well google gave me this. It is alledgedy connected to malware distribution, I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole based on that!
