mobile insurance

Not sure if this is in the right place.

I have just got a HTC Desire z phone from the carphone warehouse on contract with Orange. The carphone warehouse insurance was very expensive so I tried to get Orange care but they wont cover it as it as the z is not a standard orange model.

What are my best options (I dont have home contents cover at the mo so cant add it to that- I will do as soon as we move)

Do you have mobile phone insurance on your bank account? I upgraded my account to get this as with the other benefits that were reasonably useful it worked out cheaper than taking phone insurance?

Thanks. I have been considering upgrading my bank account as they offer breakdown cover but i dont think they offer mobile insurance.
