iPhone auto correct

Anyone else getting annoyed at their iPhone adopting punctuation into it's spellings? Everytime I write me' it adds that little quote mark and for other words is adds the little ^^ from when I have used them on here.

You can clear the words that autocorrect has learned by doing this...

Settings, General, Reset and then Reset Keyboard Dictionary

Thanks, I've already reset it once. I'd like it not to keep doing it though!
