Which phone?

My mum needs a new phone. She wants one that she can make calls, text and email on. Also needs to have a diary for work, preferably one that she can synchronise with her computer.

She would also like to be able to browse the internet and would like some kind of sat nav/directions feature.

Which phone would be best for her and are there any good deals out there?

How much is she willing to pay each month?

18 or 24 months?

What deals are available are only worth checking if essentials (like money, and reliable networks where your Mum is/visits) are known...

I have a HTC wildfire which does all of this - TMobile and £20 a month

She would prefer under £25 a month
Not fussed about the length of contract
Currently on 02 but willing to change, all networks ok where she lives.
