Which is best for kids - nintendo ds or psp?

Given that we have a ps3 I think it might be more logical to get a psp, but how does it compare with the ds?

My DS (age 10) has both. He's usually on the Nintendo DS.

Also check out what you're DC's friends have. They talk to each other (the consoles, I mean), and getting something they can share would be nice.

ust asked my three (ages 13,10 and 9) and they said the DS is miles better.
