Reducing text on screen

I know I've asked this before but buggered if I can find the thread!

All my text on my laptop screen has gone really big for some reason - how do I make it small again?

On my PC I hold control and move the mouse wheel up or down.... not much help for a laptop though, sorry

Go to view at the top of your screen, then zoom and then zoom out or reset

Thanks guys, I've sussed it! No idea why it keeps doing it though - dh swears I must have pressed something but I didn't, honest!

ctrl and -

ctrl and + makes it bigger. so it's possible you might have inadvertantly done it

Sometimes my mouse pad on my laptop is really sensitive and makes it bigger/smaller when I just brush my finger across it - as already said ctrl+/- works for me to change it back.

I'm sure it must have been me but I have two pre-schoolers so I'm going to blame them instead !
