iPhone query

Not having one, just wondered whether someone using that phone (or iPod Touch, or iPad for that matter) can just click on a link to an MP3 and have it play for them (or download and then play), please ?

Recorded a radio programme [boring for most], saved as MP3, moved to a web site of mine, and just plan to distribute the link to a few who I know may be interested...

They should be able to play an MP3 file, the link will open up a QuickTime type player.

However I'll just point out that if it's a radio program then it's probably under copyright, so distributing it is illegal.
