Sony Bravia remote has suddenly stopped working - have changed batteries to no avail. Weirdly, when it has batteries in it, we can't even change station/volume manually on tv - it seems to disable it! So if we take batteries out of the remote, we can operate the tv manually - weird or what? Green 'on' light on tv is flashing continually. Any ideas? Nothing in handbook.
