Want Google to be my homepage again

I have been clicking on buttons (I shouldnt really) and now find that my homepage is on Virgin instead of the nice, fuss-free Google. I dont know what I did but could someone please give me step by step instructions to get it back to the way it was? I have Windows XP. Tia.

do you use Internet explorer or mozilla Firefox, Chrome, or Opera, Safari or seamonkey etc etc

Its Internet explorer.

Tools,internet options ,general ..change it there
