Where can this be stored on my lappy?

I bought a game online on Saturday, downloaded it, played it, completed the first section.

I've tried to go back into it but all I can find on the lappy is a folder with the name of the game which contains 2 files, neither of which my computer is opening. It wants to search the internet for the program to open them with.

I can also find a set-up file for the game, but when I open that it wants to download the whole thing again.

I must have the right program to open it. I played it so it was definitely there!!

What are the name of the files? If using Windows and you hide the extension (e.g. you only see a name and not name.something) then right click, select properties and get the full name.

You could try opening up an internet browser and dragging the files into that. If it's a flash game that might do the trick and flash files don't always have an association on a computer.

thanks. I found it eventually. Went into uninstall program and it was there, and I could see where it was saved.

No idea why it didn't show up when I did a seaerch for it!
