A couple of days ago my netbook installed windows 7 starter updates as it shutdown;so far so good.
Next time I switched it on though it got stuck trying to configure windows. The only way I could get it to work was to start it up in "safe mode" and run "system restore" to go back to how it was before the update.
I had to go through all this again today as the updates installed automatically again when I switched off. I can turn the automatic updates off I suppose, but usually they are something I want.
Anyone else had this problem?
