What adobe should I have now?

For the past couple of weeks, pdf files I'm trying to d/l aren't opening and I'm guessing because I need to update my adobe software...I've just checked and I've got adobe 7 (puter uses XP) Looking on adobe d/l site it now goes up to 10, so is that the one I need to d/l?

Adobe are recently getting fairly regularly known for having buggy/vulnerable software. I'd be making sure you have the most up to date version.

Acrobat Reader 7 is a few years old, I think latest version in 9.3.4

Latest Adobe Flash version is 10.1

Thanks, I've d/loaded the 9.3.4 one but it still won't open files or let me see pages...had heard there were a few hitches/glitches/viruses going on, so might go and scan now as well and try again!
