M/soft Office 2003 - insists on giving me text in English (US) when I don't want it!

I ahve followed the advice to chage to English(UK), via Tools and Language Settings, but still it doesn't change to English (UK) despite me selecting this as the 'Enabled LAnguage'.

Any ideas on this - I am out of them!
