Where do you go to learn I.T stuff???? Help

Everyday I would like to quickly figure out to do wonderful things on my P.C but fubble around then botch-up things that were working well! OR spend a whole evening fannying around.

1. I don't know how to sort out my photo files
2. I don't know how to get spell-checker back on to my toolbar on above webpages (like now)
3. I lost the password for my One-note book and now can't use it.

Would like to make a pretty computer scrape book. Not a blog or anything that goes out there just download pictures from some webpages, make a pretty wall paper type background, write next to the photo etc.. Where can i go to figure these things without spending all day on it!!! Time is too precious to sit and make my butt bigger! Help

Local library or Lear direct do courses for computers . I would try there first HTH

I'm worried that it will start from scratch. I've been working on computers at work since the black screen & green cursor! but never on creative stuff just reports and work report systems. Never need to download photos or do fun stuff

Okay I have tried to download a ring tone. They have sent me a text message with a web address! Now I can't firgure out how to down load it to my phone!!!!!!!!!
