Personal CD player for a 4 year old?

Must be durable, easy to use and take an adapter for plugging into the cigarette lighter in the car.

While I'm at it, where can I get such an adapter if the CD player has a socket for one?

We got Dd a personal DVD player instead because it came with an car charger lead and apart from playing DVDs and CDs she can plug her MP3 in to it. It has two holes for headphones aswell as a speaker and the menu for the CD and MP3 come up on the screen (just track 1 etc. not names of songs) so she can scroll down to the song she wants.
