silly billy DS has forgotten his password

Ds turned 12 the other day, and bought himslef a reconditioned Laptop.
Because he's a silly billy ( I'm being nice and patient) he's changed his password yesterday so that DD can't go on it. This new password just "popped" into his head, and now, he can't remember it.
Any ideas??????
