I was keen to see if you use any educational apps on the iPhone or iPad, directly or indirectly with your kids to help them with maths, spelling or reading etc.

My husband recently has been trying Spot Goes to School, Topsy & Tim Start School, Super Why, ParentHelper and SolarWalk.

My 3 year old loves the Spot books so enjoys the interactive app on the iPad. The 6 year old is quite liking the Topsy & Tim Start School app which is quite engaging. ParentHelper seems good to help you remember how to do simple mathmatics to help teach your child.

Is there any you would recommend?

Hi
There are many fun educational apps on the market. If you are looking for Toddlers apps, there is a great one being launched today: Interactive Alphabet iPad, and if you are looking fore an Alphabet`one for iPhone or iPod, I would suggest Charles Peattie's Animal Alphabet. For MAth, look at MathGirl, it is great for counting. Hope that helps and if you are looking for more feel free to visit:
