Using MS Outlook - can you set up an email to go on the same day each month?

& if so can it promo send it or will it just gpt you to automatically?

In some versions of Outlook you can schedule e-mail - see www.emailaddressmanager.com/tips/schedule-emails.html Similar method may work in later versions - I don't use Outlook so not sure about it these days.

There is Scheduling Software available - 30day free trial. It's a part of MAPIlab Toolbox which has several other applications that may be useful depending on what you are trying to do.
From the screenshot of Email Scheduler looks like it will send the same e-mail for repeated time periods, so could send the same e-mail monthly.

Before parting with any money, best to give the free trial a go to see if it will do what you want. When testing, set the period to 1 week max as it's only a month's trial!

I have made a monthly 'meeting' to remind me to send the email I think that is safest
