Help, computer showing in portrat not landscape

3 year old DS kicked my laptop by mistake and the it is now showing in portrait, ie it looks like a paperback. Is there anything at all i can do?

This should be somewhere prominant on the MN homepage as it happens so often. There is a key stroke code to turn it back, which I can't remember now, or you can go into your control panel/display and turn it back.
