Laptop recommendation?

Please can anyone recommend me a laptop under £500 and where I could get one?

It needs to have a wireless network thingy and be pretty good processsor wise as I want to run Photoshop and some other graphic software.

What size screen do you prefer ? Just that it might cut down the number of possibles!

I'd be going for something closer to nudget pricing... just gave my sister a 17" Windows 7 laptop from Compaq that was 247 quid in February (reduced to clear shelves).

Cannot find anything comparable price wise - even in the mid 300s most have only 15" screens... nice machine but their needs are higher (my BiL is having chemo and will be working from home so both being able to do things at once - her online and him doing work for his firm - is more important).
