Google keeps translating everything into Spanish - make it STOP!

I don't know what I've done but everytime I change page all text turns into spanish. I can change it back using a dropdown menu on a blue google bar at the top of my internet page but it is driving me crazy and I want it to stop! I've closed the bar down but it keeps coming back.
And yes I have tried turning the computer off and on again. Please help!

with google there are language tools options - have a delve in there and see if you can switch off something that tells it to convert to spanish.

I have checked in Tools, Options and it has English selected and nothing else. It is this rogue toolbar that seems to be running amok with my pages!

I killed the tool bar thank God. it kept changing and then Options appeared at the right hand side and I managed to get rid of it.
