organic veggie food?

is there such a thing if so what is it? many was using miricle grow last year as recomended by dfil this year i would prefer to use something a little more natural any advice?

rotted nettles are the thing I think.

pick ( with gloves, obv!) your nettle leaves, stuff in a container, pour over water and leave for a few weeks at least. then chuck it near the roots of your veg. it stinks so peg on nose job.
