Does anyone have a sweet chestnut tree?

Been looking at a tree for a corner of our garden bordering the pavement. Thinking about Sweet Chestnut Regal - which is supposed to grow 15ft max.

Does anyone have one of these - what is the canopy like? Don't want one if the branch spread is enormous given proximity to pavement on one side and my veggie beds on the other. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I dont but i know a man who does.

Its huge. Its like a junior oak tree. Low flying jets have to vector up to avoid clipping the top. There's a least 4 immigrant families living in the branches.

I believe the 'normal' sweet chestnuts are most definitely the size of Lichtenstein - however the 'Regal' is like a smaller version for gardens - but need to know what 'small' means in this context.
