Can anyone recommend an electric propogator?

Its dp's bday soon and he grows loads of vegies already but I think an electric propogator would help him so am thinking of getting him one as a suprise. I'm a total gardening novice so wondered if anyone could tell me how good they are and recommend which ones to buy, or not to buy! Anything in particular I need to be looking out for? I'm on a limited budget so the cheaper the better!

I don't have any particular brand to recommend, but do think about where he'll be using it. In a greenhouse? Indoors? Bigger propagators are more useful, but it can be difficult to find a place for them if you don't have a greenhouse/conservatory. I have a couple of large propagators which sit on the dining room table, which isn't very convenient! If this house had bigger windowsills I'd like a windowsill propagator.
