I have just been given some fleece by a very kind neighbour (or one who is getting sick of our weed patch ).
My garden has some established plants and quite a few bulbs, but other areas are bare. So how do I go about putting the matting down. Do I have to dig up all the weeds bulbs and plants first or can I just cut out areas where the plants are?
Do I have to put a layer of soil over it?
Any other considerations I haven't thought of?
HELP
