Hi, I was growing beans and sweatpeas in some pots - and any hoo, Ive killed them and now have two empty pots, want to fill them with some nice colourful autumn / winter stuff to put by my back door. Any advice? I want to go to garden centre today (DD and I need little projects like this)

Cheers x

well, you still have time to grow some salad if you want to grow more food.

Yes, I think so! However, I am not the oracle on gardening, but I'm sure someone else will know LOL!

yes pansies are good for winter - mine survived in a hanging basket til spring (although south facing). Mind you, were looking a bit ropey by then!
