set my earlies a million years ago now grew lovely, about 5 feet high. they are quite straggly now as been wind battered. had no flowers on the plants. just wondered if it was worth having a peek down below, so to speak.
they are grown in barrells and potato sacks, and i seem to remember reading somewhere they dont always flower in pots.

any advise gratefully received

lol no I meant the potato variety rocket! Super-first early, we have to use very early potatoes round here as we have serious blight problems and they have to be out of the soil by mid-June.

I do also have salad rocket, very nice too.

at hard potatoes

tell us what you see down below

My potatoes are in a potato bag and the tops are nearly as tall as me (5'6"). I think it's because we have a little courtyard garden, so they only get sun for part of the day, and they are trying to reach to get more.

had a dig, and they are still quite small, will just have to be patient
