Evergreen scented climber for sunny aspect

What the best option? I would prefer something that flowers from May/June. I will probably plant it with a non evergreen late flowering clematis to get summer long flowering.

I've got a japanese honeysuckle (Halliana) which is evergreen and very fragrant. It's a bit of a thug though. Or you could try Trachelospermum jasminoides which has little jasmine like flowers and is a bit more delicate

Trachelospermum for lovely scented flowers from June/July for most of the summer, but it is pretty slow growing to start with so if you need good cover then woudl be worth paying extra for a larger size.
Akebia is pretty but it flowers a bit earlier.
Clematiz armandii is good for screening and has scented flowers but again these are earlier in MArch/April.
