What are my options for edging around lawns/paths?

Our garden is kind of a blank canvas at the minute so we've drawn a kind of rough plan with a bit of lawn and paths around it, possibly made of bark chippings. What do you think would be a good way of containing the bark chippings so they don't just all spill onto the lawn? I've seen roll logs but haven't seen much else. It ideally needs to be something I can do myself.

There are green plasic corrugated edging strips to you can push down into the gound.

There are all sorts of lawn edging options on this link, including the green plastic variety I mentioned.

This stuff is supposed to be good (and isn't too obvious)

Thank you - I like the idea of something less noticeable than log roll. The plastic edging makes it look very tidy (if I keep up with the mowing and weeding!)

We used slates on their end - great way to recycle them if u have any around or from recycling centre? They look lovely and natural when plants spill over.
