Names of ground cover plants please

Looking for names of flowering ground cover plants please for ground and rockery.
I have not got a clue where to start but definetly need a bit of colour in my garden. Thanks

AUBRETIA (can buy in spring as bedding but will last)low sunny rockery
GERANIUM macchorrizum pale pink or magenty crimson April May ground cover evergreen scented leaves
any herbaceous geraniums really (NOT PELARGONIUM type)medium height sun and shade not showy
perwinkle - vinca minor NOT MAJOR (too rampageous) low woodlander
CISTUS is lovely in a sunny rockyplace evergreen and brightly coloured white, purple, pink types - different sized shrubs
that's just off top of my head, there are loads of others
