Best place to buy plug plants

In an attempt to save money this year I would like to buy my bedding plants as plug plants and grow them on myself. Can anyone reccomend any good value websites or shops to buy from. I just want some pretty basic plants - Cosmos, Busy Lizzie, Million Bells etc. I guess I need about 25 or so of each.

Thanks for that idea Danae, it had not occurred to me to look at the local market. I will give them a try at the weekend.
Mind you, now the weathers gone really cold again, I have gone off the idea of gardening for a while !

try doing cuttings as well
