At moment they have fruit bushes and a few shrubs. Loadsof bulbs and seed selections + loads of gardening accessories, gloves, hose things, even border edgings.,

Can't go wrong at £1 each.

Maybe Poundland is too downmarket for MNers? (My DD won't walk near me if I am carrying a Poundland bag!)

A Poundland has just opened here - I don't go in very often as it's always heaving but it's good for things like multi-packs of crisps etc.

If I buy anything I transfer it to my Harrods carrier bag

I went in to get prizes for a Quiz night (Maltesers & Cadbury chocs for £1), but gor sidetracked by all the gardening stuff.

Still got the chocs though.....pity I can't win!

I got 2 rose bushes there last year and they are doing really well, even with my crap gardening skills. I LOVE Poundland!

I've just been and bought some plants so thanks for the info. Also popped in to Poundstretcher and they have plants etc too but it's 'buy one get third free' so I got three hostas for £2. Not bad eh?
