I've got the urge to pull a partition down.....

We have a trellis/partition going halfway across the garden and I have got a tremendous urge to pull it all down. We have a brick wall around the garden and hedges along them which have grown up enough now for privacy. The partition was there mainly for that purpose when the house was built I think. It would make the garden look much bigger if it came down.
You know what it's like though, I have this brainwave and then I'll probably wish that I never started it in the first place.
What shall I do?

If I'd had this idea.....it would be gone by now.

Take half of it down and see if you like it?

It's still up!! Can't really take half down - if it comes down it all has to come down. May be a job for tomorrow if I can persuade dh - too heavy for me to alone.

Yep - been too busy painting indoors to think about it.

I find that I launch into the most bizarre tasks when pre-menstrual

time your next thought in that direction with your menstrual cycle and it will be gone in no time

OK shall take your advice Twiglett. Will wait for the right moment and then go out and do one almighty karate chop on it. Shall think of it as dh's head when he gets on my nerves.
