Can I cut my grass?

It's really long and cats keep pooing in it, but it's a lovely day and I feel inspired to tidy the garden. Any reason why I can't cut it? Is it too early and if it is what will I do to it by cutting it too soon?

go for it - I know severeal people who have done theirs, including my 74 yr old mum, who's been gardening all her life

As long as its not really wet like mine, you should be fine to cut it now.
Enjoy, I love that smell.

As long as it's not too wet, yes you can - I did mine on Saturday.

If you do it when the ground is still sopping wet, then you can pull it out by its roots.

But if it hasn't been raining much recently where you are, you should be OK.

It doesn't seem too wet - it drains quite well. I'll go for it, ta!
