when i moved into my new house (2 yrs this April), the lady left behind her big rose bush but was very neglected and wasnt in the right area as hardly was getting any sun on it to grow but we did watered it and fed it too so it was growing and growing very fast and quite bushy but no signs of budheads or roses. we had our garden done last year and we moved the rose into the correct area of the garden where sun shines from 10am - 3pm, still no signs of roses again

what am im doing wrong? the feeding ive fed is baby bio
