So which veg is best

For me to plant out over winter?

I have just picked all my current veg, toms, courgettes, onions, carrots, radish and peas and am looking for ideas for what to try over winter. They would be planted in tubs outside but I am hoping to get one of those mini hothouse/greenhouse things too.

Any suggestions.
