I've just had a very poor experience with a tree surgeon (Broadoak tree services - Maidstone) who has left a topped conifer in a very funny shape and refused to do what I asked - and paid £250 for, and is now refusing to take my calls!! With hindsight I should have asked around to find someone good but have only recently moved to the area. If anyone has any good recommendations I would appreciate them as I will have more work to get done in the future.
