My Tom Thumb (?) toms had loads off flowers, but now they have gone and there are no tomatoes to be seen!
Last year i had loads.

They are growing in a raised bed and look healthy- should I have fed them sooner and is it tool ate?

not too late to feed, tomatoes can be pretty hungry. Are you sure there aren't tiny tomatoes forming where the flowers were? it may take a week or two for you to see anything happening. If not, then the flowers didn't get pollinated - rubbish weather kept the insects at home for ages this spring.

just keep feeding them and new flowers will come as the plant tries to reproduce itself. the new ones should get pollinated if the weather is OK

and if you do get new flowers, get tickling them all with a little paintbrush to help the pollination (not sure if that really works, but it gives me a satisfyng Percy Thrower moment )
