Moles are destroying my lawn!Help!

How do you get rid of moles. My lawn must be like a swiss cheese by now. DH has removed nine wheelbarrows full of soil so far.

We've tried those stick things which are supposed to vibrate but no luck. Stuck a couple of traps in the lawn (squeamish!) but so far, nothing. There must be a whole family under there. What can we do?
