Non invasive plants for ponds

Does anyone have any recommendations. I'm in the middle of trying to remove the horrendously invasive pond plants I bought when I first set up my pounds that have outcompeted everything else. Looking for some nice well behaved suggestions please?

I’m in the same boat. I keep putting ‘oxygenators’ in, which then go mad and fill up all the space.
I’m coming to the conclusion that pond plants need regular management like any other garden plant
sorry I don’t have answers but following in case someone else does!

My dwarf water lily that went in this spring is well behaved so far though I appreciate it may be a case of early days.
