Mice in raised bed

I have a lovely deep raised bed, filled with layers of logs & twigs and then a good few inches of compost. I netted it to prevent birds eating my crops but recently noticed a few holes appearing. Yesterday, I watered my carrots and a mouse hopped out 😬What do I do? Does it belong to the mice now??
