My "dead" potted christmas tree, it was all brown & dry but now it's started sprouting green needles, from the tips of the branches back towards the trunk. so what do I do with it now?

Put some tinsel on and a fairy on top?

Sorry, not much use

That's exactly what I'll be doing with it in less than 6 months, if it survives.

How big is the tree?

Unless it's tiny (or too enormous to move), water it well then transfer it into a slightly bigger pot and top up with John Innes 3 compost. Then love it and nurture it!

It's only small, 2 1/2 ft. I had given it up for dead.
