Any idea what might be eating the leaves on this rose please? It only seems to affect this stem.

Yes, those semicircles are made by leafcutter bees. Please let them enjoy their meal, and it doesn't harm the rose at all.

Excellent, always happy to feed the bees! There are some nesting under the shed.
