Please help me shape this Olive Tree

My olive tree has gone grown into a totally out of shape this year. Looks like it’s having a bad hair day. Any ideas of when to trim it or how to tame it would be really appreciated.

I would get on with it, it’s lovely and healthy and will take shaping well. I pruned my olive tree in early spring and it has bounced back beautifully. Always cut back to just above a leaf node.

You should be aiming for a wine glass shape. Open centre.
