What is wrong with my tree ?

Does anyone know what is wrong with my quince tree ? It was planted three years ago I think. Has had flowers, but no fruit yet. The leaves look terrible !

Quince leaf blight? You could possibly treat it with a proprietary fungicide, but you wouldn't be able to eat the fruit.

Will Google Quince leaf blight. It’s only a young tree, but such a nice shape already. It was looking very healthy and had flowers and then suddenly it looks like this .

Burnt by the sun in the heatwave possibly. They watering it a bit more and see if it revives.
